The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with lift, & overlooking the marina. Up to 6 people can be comfortably accommodated in the two bedrooms & mezzanine area.
Bedrooms
There is 1 double bedded room on the lower level with French windows on to the balcony. Another twin bedded room with a low ceiling is on the upper level. In addition there are twin beds on the large mezzanine which overlooks the living room.
A recently fitted shower room
& separate wc are on the lower level & adjoining the main bedroom.
The kitchen
is narrow but well equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier.
The living/dining area
is open plan with doors to the south east facing balcony & stairs up to the mezzanine. It is equipped with a stereo system & French TV. Wi-fi internet access is also available.
The flat has been equipped as a home from home & has all the necessary extras such as hair dryer, iron, sun chairs etc. Bed linen & towels are supplied at no extra cost.
Parking
There is a reserved parking space behind a barrier & to the rear of the apartment.
