Prices, booking & letting conditions
When booking a deposit of £100 is required. Full payment must be received at least 8 weeks before departure, or at the time of booking, if that is within 8 weeks of departure. If this is not done we reserve the right to cancel the booking & retain any deposit.
Cancellation:
If a cancellation is received in writing more than 6 weeks prior to arrival date only the deposit will be lost. For cancellations less than 6 weeks before arrival date you are responsible for the holiday booked. However we shall endeavour to re-let in which case a refund will be made less deposit & cost incurred to re-let. You are advised to take out holiday insurance for cancellation etc.
Changeover day is Monday. The flat will normally be available after 2 pm on day of arrival. Check out time is by 10 am on day of departure.
